everything was good, the parking was nearby, the room was new-fashioned and bright. the staff were extremely friendly and flexible every time i dealt with them. the stay was very nice and i will choose it for sure next trip.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the port and several good restaurants. Rooms are new and modern, with a high standard of cleanliness and comfortable beds. Breakfast is good and served in a bright, elegant dining area. Guests can also rent motorbikes.

Our sheets had a couple of minor stains, but they were obviously freshly washed and did not detract from our overall pleasant stay at the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in providing us with information about the city. The hotel was sparkling clean with excellent facilities, including parking and transportation services. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short distance from the port, allowing us to explore different parts of the city easily. The rooms at Cat Ba Eco Hotel were fantastic! They were air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The free WiFi was a great bonus for staying connected. The flat-screen TV kept us entertained during downtime. Plus, having a private bathroom with a bidet and bathrobes made us feel like royalty. the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside for us were the rooms with balconies. It's just a personal preference, but we didn't use them much.
